Gladys Allu

Gladys Allu, the head of school - Scholars’ Crest International School is a Seasoned and Experienced Educator. She has B.ed in English and has been in this noble profession for over three decades. She has in-depth knowledge in educating young ones through various certificated and non-certificated trainings/courses both locally and internationally. With her wealth of experience, she is able to pivot the daily activities of the school

Her Role

• Responsible for the overall education and academic achievements of the school.
• Provides guidance and expertise to the staff, teachers especially,
• To carry out general supervision of the teaching work of the teachers for administrative and organizational progress.
• Create a safe and productive working and learning environment for the staff and pupils respectively.
• Motivate staff and pupils in developing and maintaining school policies and procedures.
• Responsible for the motivation, management and discipline of staff and pupils.
• Overseeing the recruitment of staff and admission of new pupils.
• Responsible for the orientation of new staff, pupils and parents.
• Coordinates the review of academic delivery of the school curriculum.
• Responsible for the management of the units/departments of the school system for a successful outcome.
