Hot meals prepared and cooked on the school premises are provided every day for lunch and the children are occasionally served fruits in season. Pupils are allowed to bring only snacks for their morning recess.
Children in the crèche right up to the pre-kindergarten class wear polo shirts/t-shirts with badges, worn over shorts. Pinafores (with badges), blouses and cross bow ties are worn by girls and the boys wear shirts, shorts and ties. The school also provides cardigans. All uniforms are school supplied and are purchased from the school uniform shop.
Sports SCIS places strong emphasis on sports development, which helps in building social skills, sportsmanship and team spirit. For an hour on Wednesday’s children engage in various sports and games including badminton, basketball, football, swimming, table tennis, and indoor games. Aerobic sessions also run on Fridays from 8.00am to 8.30 am.
Clubs & Co-curricular activities
There is a wide range of club activities from which the children can choose from and get involved in while at SCIS.
